• Prohibited activities include spamming, fraudulent behavior, intellectual property infringement, and unauthorized use of others' content.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments for campaigns will be processed through secure payment gateways such as PayPal or bank transfers.
• Brands are responsible for releasing payments upon deliverable approval unless otherwise agreed.
• A transaction fee may apply for certain services; details can be found in our Fee Schedule.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content uploaded to Influenic (e.g., profiles, campaign materials) remains the property of the creator unless otherwise agreed.
• By posting content on the platform, you grant Influenic a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote it solely for platform-related purposes.
• Users retain ownership of their own content but must ensure they have the necessary rights to share it.

6. Disclaimers

• Influenic does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using the platform.
• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of third-party services or collaborations facilitated through Influenic.

7. Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall Influenic be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service causing the claim, if any.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate their account at any time by deleting it through the settings page.
• Influenic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.
